Stephen Skinner

Founder and Acting President

Stephen is a longtime Eastwood resident, developer, and real estate broker. Rooted in Eastwood, Stephen always has a heart for the community and is now looking to formally serving fellow Onondaga County 9th district members with his innovative, hands-on approach to community building through the 2021 election.

Some of the things Stephen likes:

  • Baseball

  • Throw snowballs for exercise whenever he can set up a target. (Watch out, Eastwood residents!)

  • History! Stephen would choose cities or villages with histories over a five-star resort for his vacation.

  • Stephen loves to laugh–even at a corny show.

  • Speaking of laughing, Stephen also loves Jim Gaffigan's comedy and The Red Green Show.

Lisa Matthews

Acting Vice President

Lisa is a marketing professional with 30 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods. She is also an Eastwood TNT volunteer for over 20 years. She was instrumental in many beautification projects in the community as well as the streetscaping project on James St.

Here are some fun facts about Lisa:

  • Excellence in Merchandising Award winner in 2015 from Kinney Drugs

  • Award winner of "Top TNT Volunteer" for City of Syracuse in 2009

  • Married for over 30 years to her childhood sweetheart ❤️

  • An animal lover and mom to Mike & Molly–black lab rescues from Texas

Jimmy Doyle

Acting Treasury

Jimmy has spent most of his life in Syracuse. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Chaz-Lit, for eleven years, and they have four beautiful daughters. Having been a pastor in Eastwood for four years while Chaz-Lit teaches in the Syracuse City School District, Jimmy and his wife decided to move their family into the city. They rehabbed a blighted home that was left vacant for over a decade. Jimmy also has worked for Apple for almost ten years–a place that allows him to embrace his geeky side.

Iting Christina Trout

Acting Secretary

Iting Christina Trout is a creative manager and a marketing professional in the museum industry. She is also a small business owner, working with a network of creative professionals to provide design, video, photography, and marketing services to small businesses in the greater Syracuse area.

Here are some fun facts about Iting:

  • Born and raised in Taiwan, Iting has been calling Syracuse home since 2007.

  • Married to a New Yorker since 2010

  • Mama to a red-headed Asian since 2017

  • Like a typical Asian immigrant, Iting enjoys working even off the clock. If she’s not working, she is binge-watching shows about food, travel, and true crime.
